Mission Statement

The Camarena Memorial Library provides resources to meet the educational, recreational, informational, and cultural needs of the community to encourage lifelong learning and the pursuit of knowledge. Traditional and innovative library services, including the latest technology, are offered in a friendly, welcoming atmosphere, which reflects the unique border community of Calexico.

The Camarena Memorial Library is located in Calexico, California. This border city is located 120 miles east of San Diego and 60 miles west of Yuma. It is a border city with a population of approximately 36,000.

LIBRARY HOURS:
Monday through Thursday 10:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Friday 10:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
Saturday 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Sunday Closed

The Library closes every other Friday & Saturday. Please check our calendar.
